Tristan Perich
On the topic of minimalism, check out Tristan Perich. He recently composed 1-Bit Symphony which plays from an electronic circuit assembled within a CD case. According to his site, 1-bit electronic music is the lowest possible digital representation of audio and he's created a "symphony" with it. Below is a video of him explaining.
